Adam came to us at age 21 as a Trainee Project Manager and is now successfully running his own jobs. Adam has been in the industry since he was 16 and has achieved a Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services. A fast learner, he undertook domestic work at Guernsey Electricity before moving to a local FM provider and transitioning into an office role. Having a hunger to work on large commercial projects Adam joined C8 as the largest M&E company locally, in order to further his learning. He quickly rose to his current role, receiving technical training in CAD design, project management and pricing. When he’s not holding down projects he’s lifting weights or out fishing.
